These Terms of Service govern your use of the Job Apply iOS app and the Job Apply: ATS Autofill browser extension, both published by SAPIOX MG, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using either product, you agree to these terms.
Job Apply helps you build a resume, score job postings, track applications, and autofill job application forms. The app and the extension are free to use. An optional yearly subscription, Plugin Sync, connects the app and the extension so your information moves between them.
Plugin Sync is an optional yearly subscription of $2.99 that renews automatically. In the app, payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase, and the subscription renews for the same price each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. We do not see or store your payment details.
You own the information you enter. It is stored on your device or in your browser, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your own backups.
Please use Job Apply only for lawful job seeking. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the products, and do not use them to submit false information to employers.
Job Apply fills forms on job application sites that you choose. We are not affiliated with Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever, or any employer or applicant tracking system, and those names belong to their respective owners. You are responsible for reviewing anything the extension fills before you submit an application.
Job Apply is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using it will lead to interviews or job offers, or that autofill will work on every site.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SAPIOX MG, LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Job Apply. Because the products are free apart from the optional Plugin Sync subscription, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted at this address, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
