This policy covers the Job Apply iOS app and the Job Apply: ATS Autofill browser extension, both published by SAPIOX MG, LLC. Both are built to keep your information private.
We do not collect your data on our servers. You enter your own details (name, contact information, work history, and similar). Nothing is sent to us. There are no accounts, no logins, and no analytics or tracking.
In the app, your information is stored only on your device. In the browser extension, it is stored in your browser using the browser's own local storage. In both cases it stays with you and is not sent to us or to any third party.
When you click the extension on a job application, it reads the form fields on that page only to place the details you saved, at the moment you trigger it. It does not read or send the content of the pages you visit, it does not track your browsing, and it shows no ads.
The Match tab in the app has an optional feature. If you paste a job posting link and tap "Pull job from this link," the app fetches that public web page directly from your device so it can read the posting text and score it against your resume. That request goes only to the site you pasted. It carries none of your personal information, and nothing about you is sent to us or stored off your device. You can also paste the posting text by hand, with no network use at all.
Plugin Sync is an optional feature that moves your profile and applications between the app and the extension. You start each transfer yourself, and your information moves between your own devices. We do not store it.
When you export your resume as a PDF, the file is created on your device using the standard system print tools. You choose where it goes (save to files, print, or share). We never see it.
The app and the extension are free to use. Plugin Sync is an optional yearly subscription of $2.99. In the app, payment is handled by Apple through the App Store, so we never see or store your payment details. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
In the app, you can clear items at any time, and deleting the app removes everything it stored. In the extension, you can clear your saved details from the extension, and removing the extension deletes what it stored in your browser.
These are general audience productivity tools and are not directed at children under 13.
